Martine Nolin is the founder of Gestion POM Management Inc. Martine has been working in the Real Estate field for over 25 years, gaining experience in all aspects of managing, buying, financing and selling properties. She has also acquired knowledge and experience in the Landlord and Tenant processes in both Ontario and Québec. Being a rental-property owner and managing these properties, Martine knows first-hand the challenges and benefits of being a property owner.

Condominium Management

Martine has also been managing Ottawa and Eastern Ontario condominium corporations in collaboration with Boards of Directors for over 12 years. She has received the designation of Registered Condo Manager (RCM) and the General Licence for Condo Management, as required by the new Condominium Laws and norms established through the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO). Your corporation can benefit from having a Manager like Martine who can guide you through the regular processes required by the Condominium Law Act and specific obligations not always familiar to Board members. Martine thrives in working as a team member to ensure that your Condo community is pleasant and your investment continues to grow.

Francoise Levasseur, a dynamic team member, enriched our organization in 2014 with a wealth of customer service experience. Leveraging her studies in Administration, she excels as the manager of the residential tenancy section, embodying strong work ethic, integrity, and efficiency. Recognizing her contributions, Francoise became a partner in 2019 and now leads a team at POM Management, demonstrating continued dedication and leadership.

With over a decade of experience in property management, Francoise brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to every project. From overseeing day-to-day operations to maximizing property value and tenant satisfaction, Francoise is dedicated to delivering unparalleled service and results.

Melanie is a junior condo manager presently enrolled towards receiving her general license in the condominium management field, working under Martine’s wing. She has over 18 years’ experience in customer service for which 12 years of those in a financial institution.  She’s a great addition as she has many skills to add to the Condo Management Team.

Cassandra is passionate about her work as a junior condo manager. Working closely with Martine, she brings with her a wealth of experience in property management as a homeowner since 2019. Guided by her desire to learn and grow, Cassandra obtained her degree in administration to further her knowledge and abilities. To better serve you, she continues her studies as a condo corporation manager. With her academic background, property management experience and decade of dedicated customer service, she will provide you with exceptional service.

Janik brings 10 years of experience working with a diverse clientele, ranging from the youngest to the oldest. This experience, combined with her studies in counseling provides her with a strong and adaptable professional skill set. Her dynamism and positive, empathetic approach ensure a warm welcome and effective support for each client. Her constant motivation to learn demonstrates her commitment to continuous improvement and professional excellence, thereby ensuring a superior quality of service.

Shannie brings 5 years of experience in the construction industry, ranging from hands- on work to project management. Growing up in that environment, construction has always been a keen interest for her. Outside of her professional endeavors, Shannie is passionate about the environment and enjoys working at Domaine Perrault Winery during her free time. Shannie anticipates infusing her everyday interactions with coworkers, tenants, owners, and contractors with her positive and collaborative attitude, adding her personal touch to every encounter.

With Steve at the helm, Gestion POM introduced the Repair and Maintenance section. Steve joins the team with numerous years of experience in a variety of fields, but he is also licensed in heating, cooling and ventilation. He is an asset for the company with his resourcefulness, his attention to detail and he is proactive in his approach. The team can now offer a more complete service to its clients, and always with a smile.
