Martine Nolin is the founder of Gestion POM Management Inc. Martine has been working in the Real Estate field for over 25 years, gaining experience in all aspects of managing, buying, financing and selling properties. She has also acquired knowledge and experience in the Landlord and Tenant processes in both Ontario and Québec. Martine has also been managing Ottawa and Eastern Ontario condominium corporations in collaboration with Boards of Directors for over 12 years. She has received the designation of Registered Condo Manager (RCM) and the General Licence for Condo Management, as required by the new Condominium Laws and norms established through the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO).
