The macro-management of the corporation remains the Board of Directors’ responsibility.

Condo Corporation Management

A full financial service and the management of the Corporation’s investments:

  • Bookkeeping, deposits and follow-ups of condo fees

  • Payment of condominium expenses
  • Monthly and yearly bank reconciliatio
  • Year-end audit in collaboration with corporation’s accounting firm
  • Attendance at Board meetings and preparation of minutes of those meetings
  • Annual general meeting preparation, attendance and minute taking, along with special Owners’ meetings if required
  • Manage the common area and building cleaning, maintenance and repairs including follow-ups with contractors
  • Implementation and execution of condominium By-laws as requested by the Board of Directors
  • Secure backup offsite of files and financial information
  • Emergency 24-hour service
  • Involved in the Reserve Fund Study process necessary every three years
